The
Parent Partnership Program gives teen parents the
opportunity to spend time with their child in a quality
early childhood setting and to contribute to the operation
of Wagner House. Benefits to the
parent and child include:

The parent
develops the responsibility of contributing to
Wagner House and learning early-childhood
concepts.

The parent
learns appropriate activities to do with their child
to maximize his/her learning potential

The parent
is able to witness their child interacting with his/her
peers

The parent
is able to interact with other parents and discuss
parenting issues and ideas
Parent Eligibility
Requirements
-
Full-time enrollment in an education
program, such as high school, college or post-secondary
coursework. A part-time student employed part-time
is also acceptable.

Maintain academic
standards

Maintain attendance

Weekly participation
in the Parent Partnership Program
